It’s the season of thankfulness, so what better time of year to thank our caregivers, than now?!
Most families may have multiple caregivers, but there may sometimes be just one person who takes on more of a burden than the others. Who’s the one in charge of schedules, shopping, and life management? That’s the person who may need an extra “thank you” this season.
Not only does November have the Thanksgiving holiday, it’s also Family Caregivers Month! This is the time to buy a small token of appreciation, bake (or buy!) some cookies, or just send a card that says “I know what you do for us, and we appreciate it!”
Those that go above and beyond for our loved ones like to hear those two magical words every once in a while, and November may be the best time to say them!
